Trusted Advocate On YOUR Side
You are faced with a facility renovation or construction project and you are not sure where to begin. We will be your project’s advocate from the moment you first consider that new project to the day it goes into service. We continually look out for your best interests and protect your bottom line. Because we are not a contractor, we can make unbiased recommendations on a design team, construction delivery method or a contractor to perform the needed work. As your advocate, our judgments are not swayed by the desire to design or construct in a particular manner.
Existing Facility Assessments: We are qualified to perform a facility assessment that will provide you with an accurate and extensive review of the existing facility's current condition. We’ll then identify the challenges and costs involved with improving, renovating or replacing your facility. A facility assessment can save you money by providing you with the information you need to make an informed judgment about the condition of your facility.
Energy Assessments: Your systems may not be working efficiently, are old and outdated, or at the end of their useful life. We will evaluate your existing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and develop detailed report on our findings.
Move Management: Our experience in planning and preparing for a construction project also provides us with the unique ability to assist clients with relocating their existing facility to its new location. Getting ahead of the move day planning is vitally important to the overall success of a new construction project. Letting APS work with you to plan the move helps you assure success with the final phase of the project.
Construction Observation: The background and experience that makes APS so unique in the market also means that we’re able to provide in depth and detailed construction observation services for a project. Determining whether the contractor is accurately invoicing a project provides assurance that the project funds are disbursed properly. A daily, weekly, or monthly jobsite visit and review of the contractors pay application will provide the required documentation for construction lenders to safely and assuredly disburse payment for a project.
